For a reservation and free estimate, please email your selection to guillermo@lapaelladelcaballero.com  indicating the date of the event, address, telephone number, serving time and approximate number of people attending. Cost is per person, It includes one Chef, salad, plastic plates, forks, paper napkin, setting-up 2 1/2 hours before serving time, cooking and serving buffet style. Minimum 15 people.  Mileage will be added to event outside of San Diego County or Tijuana.

Para reservar y proporcionarle una cotización por favor mándenos un email a guillermo@lapaelladelcaballero.com  indicándonos la fecha, el número de comensales, teléfono y dirección. El costo es por persona e incluye el Chef, llegada 2 1/2 horas antes de servir, servicio de buffet, platos, tenedores, servilletas y ensalada de lechuga.  El servicio es a partir de 15 comensales. Si el evento es más allá de la ciudad de San Diego o Tijuana se cobrarán gastos de traslado.
